    Does k10temp still mis-report the temperature value for some CPUs or was that ever resolved?

      Shouldn't that be 16 since Bergamo is going to 128 cores?

        For Bergamo I expect something like a Zen 2 CCD but with 2 x 8 cores and 8 CCDs per socket.

          Bergamo's CCDs are expected to be made up of 16 efficiency cores.

            There once was a version which reported voltages and wattages and it did so incorrectly in too many cases, so the feature has long been removed. Zenpower and its primary fork (zenpower3) are still there but they are not really maintained either. As for cores temperatures, I don't remember any issues.

            If you're concerned about low level hw monitoring, Windows/HWiNFO64 is the only option.

              Family 19h is squarely Zen 3, Michael

              I guess Zen 4 will be 20h or even 21h considering AMD has yet to release Zen 3 3D/Ryzen 6000.

                12 CCDs x 8 cores for 96-core Zen 4 "Genoa".
                8 CCDs x 16 cores for 128-core Zen 4c "Bergamo". Each CCD having 2x 8-core CCXs like mumar1 says sounds reasonable.

                    Its still a mess.. I am in kernel 5.10, and in kaveri APU its a mess:

                    Ambient temp 9C, somehow the core is freezing at 0C...
