    It is hard to be enthusiastic about a new GPU architecture while the drivers (Lima/Panfrost) for the 3 extant architectures are still in their infancy.

    What are you talking about here? I’ve yet to hear of anything outlandish happening with ARM. As for Google I don’t touch their products at all thus the desire for Linux.

    By by the way yes ARM could do better with documentation and drivers. However I’ve not heard of them getting worse in this regard.

    Id prefer if we end up with SMARC Modules, and laptops that are able to use these.
