      The Ocelot seems to be a SoC for industrial or businness grade ethernet switches. I assume that it is for the managed (smart) switches, not for the unmanaged (dumb) ones.

        Looks like Ocelet has a pair of managed and pair of unmanaged. Here's a comparison table:
