I am not sure if you were just making 80% joke by cutting the c or coreboot or knew about the project oreboot. Oreboot to rewrite coreboot in rust that only support Linux operating systems. Yes oreboot is like 80% to a generic EFI firmware other than the fact it does not boot any other OS other than Linux of course. It is quite a good example of how bad 80% done firmware is. 80% done equals some very extreme limitations.
