    Doesn't Gigabyte have garbage level support for Linux?

      Apparently it is certified to work, not to be supported (by OEM; Ubuntu promises to patch kernel after firmware updates): https://ubuntu.com/blog/people-and-p...tified-devices

        LVFS support would be really welcome and should IMO be a prerequisite for such a certification. On the other hand the certification might increase paying customer demand for it, so maybe it helps?
