    You mean this? https://www.quietpc.com/sap-hd4670-ult
Many HD4670 had similar heatsinks on the other side like it.

I'd say it is a bit cheating as with the cooler on that side it's getting some airflow from CPU fan, and also plain heat convection helps unless you keep your case horizontal or something.

Still interesting, but I've yet to see modern cards with the cooler on the other side.

Same as above, it's a bit cheating, it's not totally fanless.

But there were even coolers for CPUs up to 95W+ so it's possible, but you won't see it often.
There still are and still sell, they are bigass full-heatpipe shiny things though. https://www.quietpc.com/nof-icepipe

Depends on reviewer it seems , here in Doom it is faster then GTX 950 OC in OpenGL too

          And Vulkan:

stupid retarded piece of garbage vBullettin.

Adarion & Chewi there are 3 posts up there blocked by vbullettin until it decides they can be shown.

I wanted to say that both the cards you talk about are keeping the heatsink on the other side, so they are getting some airflow from CPU fan. It makes a difference.

Also there are 95W CPU coolers but they are pretty large affairs, and require a specific case orientation (tower, not horizontal).

You're right dungeon, better @1080p but not @1440p. Saw on guru3d.

Well it is 128bit bus device advertised for MOBA FullHD gaming, only RX 480 is advertised for beyond FullHD. BTW, card is overclockable providing GPU boost 8 to 10% in games without changing voltage... click away with Radeon Wattman, so who like to boost it it is there

But i am more like starshipeleven, i would like to see referent one and what can be done with downclocking how much watts that save, some optimal settings... so, while not loosing much performance

Anyway, I think everyone that there should be some kind of RX465 between RX470 and RX460, because there is massive differences between both. Something with 1536 shader processors and 128/192-bit GDDR5 memory.

I don't think AMD doing wierd mem like that 192bit But well yeah, referent RX 460 has 1953 GFLOPS (up to 2.2) while referent RX 470 has 3793 GFLOPS (up to 4.9), you seems would like to see some device around referent 2843 GFLOPS (up to 3.5)
