Considering that even Nvidia & AMD are making more integrated GPUs than GPUs for discrete graphics cards nowadays, what do you think...?

I seem to remember Intel already picked up many of 3Dlabs' discrete GPU design folks when they got out of the workstation graphics business? From the various articles it's hard to tell exactly what they bought this time, but to me it looks more like chip layout folks than GPU designers.
