Now that's insulting! Go use Windoze if you don't want to reinvent the wheel and stop reading Phoronix, whose focus is Linux and other FOSS operating systems.

Of course anybody who actually READS the article would not come to that conclustion.

There is absolutely no legitimate justification for the way you handled this benchmark. Proprietary NVIDIA vs. Open-Source ATI is not a fair comparison, and the lack of fglrx, nv, and nouveau, etc. make your intentions quesitonable.
Benchmark against the best linux performing driver as reference.

You have the responsibility of giving people information that is not misleading. fglrx is the equivalent to nvidia's proprietary driver and may even outperform it.
Nothing misleading about it. However your statement saying fglrx may even out perform it would be misleading.

Many people will assume ION is better than 4330 wihtout the knowledge to realize your test was seriously rigged.
Nothing rigged about it. Again read the article. The ion, for all intense purposes is the better solution at the moment of taking the benchmarks. Again read the article.

The only thing misleading are the comments that the article was rigged because it is painfully obvious that they did not read the damn thing.

Is it? I don't know. I guess the best way to find out is to do a benchmark fglrx vs nvidia. But with a decent CPU and minimal HD 4670 or higher and NVidia equivalent. Nobody is going to game with an atom based system.

Why not? It's fully capable of it with a ION chipset and the nvidia blobs.
