        Because Linux is not AMDs Leadplattform ... And i doubt that AMD implement a feature thats not even available on Windows. The whole Topic is now new.

          Basically CEC is overrated anyway. Even if you can control Kodi with it usually some keys are very hard to press like the option key, with Philips TV you get a menu first then you can select it. With Toshiba you have to press 2 keys to get the remote into the mode that you can press it. I would just use a simple Android remote app or a mce USB remote, those usually work directly. My Pi works fine with LG via CEC but a Fire TV (Stick) does not work. You need fully connected HDMI cables btw, some extra cheap ones did not work.
