Green Line on monitor

My PC shows the green colour line on the monitor after rebooting. Is this something related to the Graphic card? Should I change my Graphic card to avoid this error or is there a method to fix this issue?

Try behind different monitor. Or TV. When you see green line there as well, it's graphics card.
If you have iGPU (Intel CPU or AMD APU), remove your graphics card, conf your PC to use iGPU and check through same monitor. When you still see green line, it's your monitor.
Simple method of elimination.
