I am working on an E-commerce project that contains a requirement to read/write mainframe generated IBM 3480/3490 cassette tapes using a Redhat ES4 Linux environment. The server hardware to be used is IBM p550 blades. Does anyone know of compatible controller/tape drive systems for this environment?
