    someone get this chipset working on alsa with surround and mutiple I/O?

      As in it works or it doesn't work?

      It works. It has since.... the beginning of time.



      @fabioamd57: Works fine yes, but my laptop doesn't have any way to connect surround, so can't comment on that -- probably more for the desktop version I guess?
