      if there is Attempt to purge usb devices for usb-c devices on motherboards, there is need for setting usb-c speed and power delivery to have for example 20 usb-c ports, maybe even switch usb device specs to support high speeds but with label, but it's a mess. For debugging and similar, there are costly devices and protocol tunneling, maybe even corporate policies known from unknown, so restricted environments is a common practice even in kernel or code, so nothing new in POSIX or CPU world...
