RaptorCS CPU heatsink/fan

Hi, I am thinking about getting the Blackbird from RaptorCS to replace my homeserver but I could not find any information about the CPU fan (https://www.raptorcs.com/content/TL2HS3/intro.html).
Does anyone know the noise levels (idle, full speed)?
