What GPUs will run 4k @60hz?

Which nvidia graphics cards are capable of 4K at 60hz? I understand that if a graphics card has DP spec 1.4, it’ll run a 4k monitor at 60hz no problem. That’s like Pascal or newer, right? But will my slowly aging EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 2GB with HDMI spec 2.0 run 4K at 60Hz?

DisplayPort 1.2 or HDMI 2.0 are needed.

On NVidia side I think you need Kepler for connecting through DisplayPort and Maxwell for connecting through HDMI.
On AMD side, this means Southern Islands (starting from 7750) for DP. Northern Islands has DP 1.2 support but 4K@60 Hz will only work with MST monitors, not SST. HDMI since Polaris.
