Mesa 10.3.3 Has A Bunch Of Freedreno Fixes

For conservative users sticking to the Mesa 10.3.x stable series until Mesa 10.4 is christened in December, the 10.3.3 release is out. While there's many fixes, an overwhelming majority of them are related to Freedreno, the reverse-engineered Qualcomm Adreno graphics driver.

Rob Clark and Ilia Mirkin between the two of them are responsible for nearly 90 changes in the Mesa 10.3.3 point release. Aside from the work on Freedreno Gallium3D, the other changes in this release include GLSL fixes, a few R300g/R600g/RadeonSI fixes, support for building Nouveau on Android, and other changes.
