Canonical developers have tagged version 0.3.0 of the Mir Display Server while the server ABI was bumped to version 21.

Among the changes found in Mir 0.3.0 include:

- Support for Trusted Prompt Sessions.

- Emergency clean-up capabilities.

- A DPI surface attribute was added to be better taken advantage of later, which will certainly be important for HiDPI systems.

- Test case improvements.

- A ton of Android-related and other mobile-focused fixes and enhancements for Ubuntu Touch/Phone.

- Many bug-fixes.

Mir 0.3.0 represents the improvements done by Canonical to their Ubuntu/Unity-focused display server since early May. The latest Mir display server code can be fetched from the Mir Launchpad Bazaar repository.

In case you missed it from last night, Canonical recently has also been working out their GTK+ / GNOME app support for Mir.
