CMake 3.0 Released

Version 3.0 of the CMake build system is now available with various improvements over CMake 2.x.

CMake 3.0 is a significant release that extends its language with bracket argument and bracket comment support, the CMake documentation has been updated, new CodeLite and Kate generators, and improvements to various CMake commands.
