GhostBSD 4.0 Alpha 3 Finally Surfaces
It's been almost two months since the release of GhostBSD 4.0 Alpha 2 but out this weekend is finally the third alpha of the desktop-focused FreeBSD-based operating system.
GhostBSD 4.0 Alpha 3 features network improvements for VirtualBox, Wifimgr has been added back for better WiFi support until Networkmgr works better, GIMP is removed from the default package-set along with software that depends on Nautilus, Exaile has replaced Rhythmbox as the music player, and there's a new experimental look. GhostBSD 4.0 is using the MATE Desktop Environment by default.
More details on this latest development version of the GhostBSD 4.0 desktop can be found via the official release announcement at GhostBSD.org.
