With the NVIDIA 323.xx proprietary display driver series reaching a mature state, NVIDIA's Unix/Linux developers today released the 325.08 Beta to kick off a new series.

The NVIDIA 325.08 Linux driver release has various bug-fixes, it drops support for the old Linux 2.4 kernels, improves the rendering performance of complex gradients, adds support for configuring SLI Mosaic and Base Mosaic from NVIDIA Settings, and updates the nvidia-settings and nvidia-installer components. Overall, it's mostly bug-fixes for the NVIDIA 325 series over 323, compared to earlier series that have brought in many major new features and improvements like RandR 1.4, threaded OpenGL, and other new functionality.
