It's time to vote for another Fedora codename, this time for Fedora 20, and it's likely to be yet another weird/goofy codename to succeed recent names like Beefy Miracle and Spherical Cow.

The current release, Fedora 19, is codenamed Schrödinger's Cat while the candidates for Fedora 20 include:

- Chateaubriand
- Cherry Ice Cream
- Eigenstate
- Félicette
- Heisenbug
- Österreich
- Santa Claus
- Superego

With names like Cherry Ice Cream, Santa Claus, and Superego, the next Fedora codename is likely to be rather peculiar yet again. Voting takes place by Fedora contributors at FedoraProject.org.

The voting has been going on for some time now, but the announcement never went out to Fedora contributors, so the voting period has been extended until the end of the month.
