Six weeks after releasing Qt 5.0, Digia has today declared the release of Qt 5.0.1 as the first point release of this new tool-kit.

This point release just takes care of bugs and other issues while not bringing anything too exciting to the table. Qt 5.1 will be the next noteworthy release due out in the coming months. Qt 5.1 is likely to use more OpenGL and will provide much better support for Wayland.

The Qt 5.0.1 release announcement can be read at the Digia blog.
