Earlier this year we had looked at the Cooler Master CSX Gargoyle chassis, which was a limited-edition custom-painted chassis that came from their Customize Style Experience (CSX) group. With the CSX Gargoyle selling for over $1,000 USD, it's not economical for most computer enthusiasts or gamers. However, if you are looking for another well-designed Cooler Master chassis that will not set you back nearly as much, there is their new ATCS 840 EATX chassis. The ATCS 840 only costs about $250, but it provides a plethora of room and features.

Features:

- Independent GPU cooler
- Ergonomic design
- Dual PSU support
- Advanced Cooling System
- Integrated cable management system
- Micro ATX / ATX / E-ATX compatibility

Unlike the cases from Cooler Master's CSX group, the ATCS 840 is just offered in a standard silver or black high quality finish. The review sample we had our hands on was black. This very large case arrived in an equally sized cardboard box with a heavy-gauge plastic bag protecting the finish from any scratches while on both ends was two Styrofoam molds. When removing this protective bag we had found a few scuffmarks on the exterior of the case and other bits of dirt, but we imagine that it's just from being a review sample and had arrived early within production. Within the case is a box containing the manual and mounting hardware. The outside of the shipping box is relatively plain and just shows off the various features of this ATCS chassis.
