Mesa 10.0 was released in 2013 with support for OpenGL 3.3 in core Mesa as well as for the Intel i915 DRI driver. Mesa 10.0 also features support for some OpenGL 4 extensions and performance / functionality improvements for all of the main open-source graphics drivers as part of Mesa and Gallium3D.
