Cedega v5.2.3

TransGaming has announced a new release of Cedega (v5.2.3; codename: Seabass). Updates revolve around the user interface and minor updates to the Cedega engine. With this latest Cedega release there doesn't appear to be any direct ATI fglrx improvements. Still in the release notes are references to the various fglrx issues.
