X1800XT TV-Out

One of the Radeon X1000 features that continues to be lacking from the ATI fglrx drivers is support for TV-out. As was shared in the Phoronix launch-day preview for the X1k series, this support should have come with the 8.25.18 drivers, however, it had not, nor does it look like the X1k TV-out support will reach 8.26.x this month. Of course, this problem only effects the Radeon X1000 series under Linux. When it does come, ATI stated that it will require X.Org v6.9 or newer to operate. Hopefully this support will come soon.
