Fedora Core 6

Today marks the inaugural release of the test series for Fedora Core 6. Just passing along that the current fglrx v8.25.18 ATI display drivers are NOT compatible with X.Org v7.1.0, which Fedora Core 6 is based upon. Don't look forward to an X.Org 7.1 supportive driver this month, but hopefully it will be here in the very near future. As reference, NVIDIA also continues to lack an X.Org v7.1 driver. NVIDIA won't likely launch their 1.0-9XXX driver until August/September. The final release of Fedora Core 6 is slated for the end of September.
