Wine 1.7.37 Adds UTF-7 Encoding, Interface Change Notifications

Wine 1.7.37 was released today with various changes that have built up in the Wine community over the past two weeks.

Changes of Wine 1.7.37 include interface change notifications, support for UTF-7 encoding, graphical fixes for themed controls, Wininet implemented on top of Win32 sockets, and various bug fixes. In total there's 71 known bug-fixes for Wine 1.7.37.
