Intel 2.13 X.Org Driver Release Candidate

Posted by Michael Larabel on September 21, 2010

With Mesa 7.9 on the way, Intel has just released the xf86-video-intel 2.13 release candidate as part of their quarterly updates to their open-source Linux driver stack. There aren't any major features as part of the Intel 2.13 DDX driver update, but there are a good number of bug-fixes.

The xf86-video-intel 2.13 RC1 release announcement can be found on the Intel mailing list. Intel's Chris Wilson is responsible for a bulk of the changes to be found over the past few months. The final release of this 2.13 driver should come by early October.
