Here's Another Wine 1.2 Release Candidate

Posted by Michael Larabel on June 18, 2010

Just last week there was the release of Wine 1.2-rc3, but this Friday there is now a fourth release candidate for this upcoming release of Wine that will be the project's second major stable release.

All that Wine 1.2-rc4 offers up are translation updates and many bug-fixes. In particular, Wine 1.2-rc4 kills off over 70 bugs on their BugZilla and officially has 115 changes in total. The full list of bug-fixes and other changes in Wine 1.2-rc4 can be found at WineHQ.org.

Wine 1.2 is planned for release in June as the successor to Wine 1.0, which was released in June of 2008.
