Posted by Michael Larabel on April 02, 2010

It wasn't even two weeks ago that MythTV 0.23 RC1 was released, but already a second release candidate is now available.

MythTV 0.23 Release Candidate 2 offers several crash fixes, many new and updated translations, fix seeking in some recorders in LiveTV, and theme fixes.

MythTV 0.23 pulls in new FFmpeg code, AVChapter support during video playback for Matroska and OGG, a MythNetvision plug-in, a new theme, a new event system, new python bindings, and a few changes to the different MythTV plug-ins.

The second release candidate of MythTV 0.23 can be downloaded at MythTV.org.
