Ubuntu 8.10 "Intrepid Ibex" Alpha 3

While not too much for the end-user has changed since Ubuntu 8.10 Alpha 2, Canonical has just announced the release of Ubuntu 8.10 "Intrepid Ibex" Alpha 3.
