KDE 4.0.2 Is Out, New Plasma Features

Posted by Michael Larabel on March 05, 2008

Back during the KDE 4.0 release event, the release schedule leading up to KDE 4.1 was shared. KDE 4.1 will be released in July, but leading up to its release there will be new versions in the KDE 4.0.x branch every month until then. Last month was KDE 4.0.1 and today KDE 4.0.2 has been released. KDE 4.0.2 features new Plasma desktop features, panel configuration options, new language translations (Persian and Icelandic), and a lot of bug-fixes. In particular there are many fixes to be found in Kopete, Okular, and KHTML. The KDE 4.0.2 release announcement can be read in full at KDE.org.
