On top of AMD releasing the Catalyst 7.12 Linux driver, the ATI 6.7.197 driver being released, and the AtomBIOS R500/600 support being merged to master, the RadeonHD driver is beginning to support the RV670 GPU, which is used by the Radeon HD 3850 and Radeon HD 3870.
