ATI has acquired Bitboys Oy for approximately $44 million USD. The focus of this buy-out is on improving ATI's existing mobile phone multimedia offerings -- and will be integrated with the ATI Handheld Business Unit. The official ATI press release is available at ATI Investor Relations.
