WINE 0.9.49 Released

With it being two weeks since the release of WINE 0.9.48, a new release of WINE is now out. WINE 0.9.49 introduces many copy protection fixes, GLSL is now the default for Direct3D rendering, memory error fixes, support for TOPMOST windows, the start of an inetcomm DLL implementation, and lots of bug fixes.
