Phoronix Site Updates

Posted by Michael Larabel on September 01, 2007

Over the past 24 hours we have implemented a few updates to our PHXCMS-6 content management system. Now with our articles at the bottom of the page you can see the recent articles in that category as well as the most popular articles on that topic. Likewise, on our news pages you can now find the related news below the news posting. There were also a few other minor alterations to the site that we hope you'll enjoy.

Phoronix has also switched to using FeedBurner for our RSS management. All existing RSS readers should be automatically forwarded to the Phoronix + FeedBurner feed, and new RSS subscribers can still subscribe to http://www.phoronix.com/rss.php.

We ask for and welcome any feedback on these site changes by either contact us or letting us know in the forums. We will also be making some other Phoronix announcements in the near future.

Discuss this article in our forums, IRC channel, or email the author. You can also follow our content via RSS and on social networks like Facebook, Identi.ca, and Twitter (@Phoronix and @MichaelLarabel). Subscribe to Phoronix Premium to view our content without advertisements, view entire articles on a single page, and experience other benefits.
