Being released ten days after Firefox 220.127.116.11 is now Mozilla Firefox 18.104.22.168. This latest browser update, once again, is to address security vulnerabilities. The two issues fixed in Firefox 22.214.171.124 is unescaped URIs being passed to external programs and privilege escalation through chrome-loaded about:blank windows.
