WINE 0.9.27

Yet another release in the 0.9 branch of WINE has been pushed out the door. New in WINE 0.9.27 is better support for noexec kernels, better Dwarf support in dbghelp, several Winsock fixes, code cleanup, and various bug fixes. The latest release announcement can be read here.
