GIMP 2.3.13 Release

In the road to GIMP 2.4.0, GIMP 2.3.13 has been released as the latest development build. More bug-fixes and cleaning has went into this release, but also making its way into the release are new features like embedded color profiles, scalable brushes, improved help browser, and a new Script-Fu Scheme interpreter. The GIMP Change-log and downloads are available so you may join in on this GNOME 2.3.13 development fun.
