ATI Shareholders Approve AMD

After this morning's meeting in Canada, ATI Shareholders have approved of AMD's acquisition of ATI Technologies. More than 99% of those who voted were in favor of this move. The AMD + ATI transaction is expected to be completed the week of October 23, 2006. The press release can be found here.
