Quake 4 v1.3-2 Linux Update

Another update is out now for Quake 4, though this time it's solely a Linux binary update. Quake 4 v1.3-2 for Linux has been released due to the v1.2 to v1.3 installer having a few issues, and then there were also SMP problems. The updated patches are available from id Software.
