Version 0.15.1 of LDC was released this past week, a D compiler written to use the LLVM compiler infrastructure.

LDC 0.15.1 improves support for PowerPC with little-endian PPC64 support on Linux now being usable and featuring garbage collector support. The 32-bit PowerPC support is progressing too but isn't as far along.

LDC 0.15.1 is also the first release of this D Compiler with official support for a Win64 compiler targetting the Microsoft C Runtime. This Microsoft support depends upon LLVM 3.6 SVN for support.

Last but not least this D compiler is now supported on Solaris x86.

More details on the LDC 0.15.1 release via the mailing list announcement.
