More ACPI+PM Changes For Linux 3.19

Merged already for Linux 3.19 were significant power management and ACPI changes while a second serving of ACPI+PM updates have been requested for pulling just prior to the end of the 3.19 merge window.

Rafael Wysocki of Intel sent out the second pull request of ACPI+PM material for the Linux 3.19 merge window. Among the work for this second pull was a regression fix to the ACPI backlight driver, other regression fixes, a new force command-line switch to the Intel P-State drive, improved P-State code documentation, and ACPI fan driver changes.
