GPL v3 Draft Two

Released yesterday was the second discussion draft of the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 3 license. Also released was the first draft of the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL). Linus Torvalds is critical of this latest GPL draft. The GNU drafts can be read here.
