Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform 5 Released
Just shy of one month since releasing Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.0 (and one day past CentOS 7), Red Hat has announced today their latest major software launch: Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform 5.
This latest major update to Red Hat's OpenStack offering is designed to advance the possibilities in building OpenStack-powered clouds with the promise of a three-year support life-cycle, support for VMware infrastructure integration, better placement of workloads across cloud respirces, improved support for virtual machines, support for new cryptographic security requirements, and improved interoperability of networking stacks.
