MATE Is Now Officially Available In Arch Linux

The GNOME2-forked MATE desktop is now officially available from the Arch Linux package repository.

The MATE Desktop team announced that the desktop has now found its way into the official Arch Linux package repository through the "community" section.

More details on this achievement can be found from the announcement at MATE can already be found within Mint Linux, Fedora, and various other distributions to varying degrees of success.
