The well-known Linux game porter Ryan Gordon is a big fan of the 1Password program, but it's not natively available for Linux: there's just a web-based Dropbox version for 1Password on Linux. As a result, Ryan spent some of his Christmas day coding a basic Linux version of 1Password.
Ryan's unofficial Linux version of 1Password is called 1Pass and just reads an existing 1Password keychain and supports the hot-key combination used by the official program to get the encrypted keychain. Ryan says there's still lots of work to do but he's already posted the code and is ready to share it with the world.
More details on Ryan's 1Password Linux work can be found via Google+ while those wanting to learn about the password program itself can visit Agile Bits.
