Digia is getting ready to make available the official release of Qt Creator 2.7.

Released today was the first release candidate for Qt Creator 2.7.0. There's about 490 changes since the 4.7 beta release, as mentioned in the Digia blog post announcing the Qt Creator 2.7 RC this morning.

Among the features for the Qt Creator 2.7 integrated development environment is better (but not complete) support for C++11, improvements to QML and Qt Quick 2 support, the "Kits" components are further enhanced, experimental support for the QBS build system, and an assortment of other changes to make the experience better for those using the Qt tool-kit.
