Calculate Linux 13.4 Supports TuxOnIce, BFQ I/O

Calculate Linux, one of the better known Linux distributions based upon Gentoo Linux, is out this week with version 13.4. Calculate 13.4 presents several user-facing changes.

Among the highlights of Calculate 13.4 is their x86_64 imasges finally supporting UEFI booting, hibernation is now supported by TuxOnIce by default, the BFQ I/O scheduler is supported, various updates to the distribution's utilities, installer improvements, and the GNOME version of the desktop has reverted to using GNOME 2 instead of GNOME 3.

For those unfamiliar with TuxOnIce/Suspend2, it's a suspend-to-disk implementation that is maintained out-of-tree and can be found at TuxOnIce.net.
